Job Responsibilities
- Create innovative and functional interior designs for clients.
- Develop detailed drawings and plans for construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Select and source materials and furnishings for projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of interior design projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeframe.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design.
- Professional certification in interior design is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, and SketchUp.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections.
