Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for various goods, services, and works, aligned with departmental needs and budgetary constraints.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
  3. Prepare and issue tender documents (e.g., Request for Proposals, Invitations to Bid) in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
  4. Evaluate and analyze bids/proposals based on pre-defined criteria, ensuring fairness and value for money.
  5. Conduct negotiations with shortlisted vendors to optimize contract terms and pricing while safeguarding the best interests of the organization.
  6. Draft, review, and finalize procurement contracts, incorporating essential terms and conditions.
  7. Oversee the contract administration process, including monitoring vendor performance, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing any contractual issues.
  8. Manage and maintain procurement records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  9. Provide technical advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement procedures, regulations, and best practices.
  10. Stay up-to-date on relevant procurement laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental procurement policies and guidelines.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in procurement activities.
  13. Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and performance metrics.
Job Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. +9 years of experience. Company Industry:
