Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for various goods, services, and works, aligned with departmental needs and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare and issue tender documents (e.g., Request for Proposals, Invitations to Bid) in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
- Evaluate and analyze bids/proposals based on pre-defined criteria, ensuring fairness and value for money.
- Conduct negotiations with shortlisted vendors to optimize contract terms and pricing while safeguarding the best interests of the organization.
- Draft, review, and finalize procurement contracts, incorporating essential terms and conditions.
- Oversee the contract administration process, including monitoring vendor performance, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing any contractual issues.
- Manage and maintain procurement records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement procedures, regulations, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant procurement laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental procurement policies and guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in procurement activities.
