Currently hiring a Senior Trader/TradeOps Specialist to lead crypto market-making operations. With 3+ years in crypto markets, you’ll oversee client liquidity, manage trading performance, and optimize strategies in real time. Responsibilities:
- Run market-making on crypto exchanges, managing liquidity and spread.
- Serve as the main client contact, delivering updates and insights on performance.
- Adjust trading strategies based on market and client needs.
- Collaborate with dev teams to improve trading systems.
- Document trading activity and client interactions.
- 3+ years in crypto market-making.
- Strong understanding of market structure and liquidity.
- Proficient in trading systems and APIs; strong communication skills.
- Experience with algo trading, Python, and decentralized exchanges.
