We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven expertise in client management and a deep understanding of the BPO and RPO landscape.
What will you do:
- Client Acquisition & Management
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the BPO and RPO sectors.
- Independently manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives.
- Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client requirements.
- Business Development Strategy
- Formulate and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, service agreements, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Industry Expertise
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the BPO and RPO industry to position the company as a trusted partner.
- Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and best practices in outsourcing and recruitment.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the operations team to optimize service offerings based on client insights.
Who are we looking for:
- Experience:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the BPO and RPO sectors (minimum 5 years).
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients independently, from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of BPO and RPO services, including recruitment processes, outsourcing models, and operational structures.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to speak fluent English. Advantage to speak in Chinese but not mandatory.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Work Setup:
- Flexibility to work remotely or from the office, with willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
