As a site project planner, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and overseeing projects at customer sites. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project schedules, resources, and budgets align with objectives, ultimately contributing to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
  2. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and milestones.
  3. Monitor project progress and performance against schedules and budgets.
  4. Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain resource plans to support project execution.
  6. Assist in preparing project documentation and coordinating site logistics.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  3. Proficiency in project management software.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  7. Familiarity with safety regulations in industrial operations.
