Your mission, should you choose to accept it We are seeking a passionate Full-Stack Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translating complex problems into simple and reliable code. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring a small squad and reporting, as well as analyzing and implementing new features within our application from both frontend and backend perspectives. This includes areas such as payment processing, API endpoints, tokenization, virtual cards, administration tools, graphics, and reports. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new features across frontend and backend systems.
- Mentor the team to ensure high-quality code and efficient performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
- Assist in bug fixing and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability.
- Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to drive and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong mentoring skills and the ability to guide junior developers.
- Proficient written and oral English communication (level B2 or above).
- Strong team player comfortable with pair programming.
- Ownership and accountability for work delivered.
- Ability to share knowledge and expertise with the team.
- Initial meeting with our recruiter to assess suitability.
- Technical exercise to demonstrate skills.
- Presentation of solution to Technical Director for further discussion and alignment.
