About the Role:
Pangea Properties, a renowned USA-originated company, is searching for a driven and results-driven Property Consultant (Off-Plan Sales) to join our vibrant Real Estate Team in Dubai.
We are looking for experienced agents (either Off-plan or Secondary) in the Dubai real estate market, who have a proven track record of success. Commission is up to 80% dependent on experience. As a Property Consultant specializing in either Secondary or Off-Plan, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with purchasing pre-construction properties or existing properties. Your role involves understanding client requirements, providing expert advice, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential buyers interested in purchasing properties.
Educate clients on market trends, property values, and investment potentials
Conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing key features and benefits of the property or off-plan developments.
Guide clients through the negotiation process, securing favorable terms and conditions
Collaborate with developers, real estate agents, and industry professionals to gather pertinent market information on projects or properties.
Prepare and deliver detailed property reports, including market analysis and valuations
Stay abreast of legal and regulatory requirements
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong client relationships throughout the property buying process.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the real estate team
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
Proven ability to negotiate and close off-plan property deals successfully.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and real estate databases.
