Resolves customer, technician and cashier queries. Ensures smooth workflow in thesite and that all customers are given prompt and satisfactory service. VehicleInspectionCentreOperationManagement · Supervisesthe activities of assigned technicians and cashiers on-site and ensures smoothworkflow.Supervises the technicalinspection programs and ensures that computer systems are ready andfunctionalatthebeginningofeveryshift. · Assignstechnicianstothe variousinspectiontracksperiodically,toattendtocustomersbasedonthenumberofcustomerspresentatthesite. · Preparesdaily rosters for technicians, ensuring that staff in each shift has theappropriate skill mix.Coordinateswithtechnicianstoarrangeforovertime,ifnecessary,andensuresthatsufficientstaffareavailable during peak hours and tosatisfy customers. Solves all problems or issues arising relating tothesame,toensurethat workobjectivesareachievedontime.Monitorsstaffattendance. · Monitorstechnical procedures followed during vehicle inspection, ensuring its accuracyand itscompliance with companystandards. Resolves any problems or issues arising during inspection andprovidessolutions fortechnicalqueries. · Implementstechnical specifications and standards of vehicle inspection laid down by thePoliceDepartment and ensures thatthey are adhered to. Attends to all requests from the Police Departmentsuch as coordinating the inspection of aset of vehicles for export, includes making arrangements fordedicatingonetracktothesevehicles. · Ensuresthat test results are accurately updated in the system by technicians. Submitsreportgeneratedbythesystemaftertestingtothecustomer.Explainsallaspectsof thetestcertificateandgivesjustificationfortestfailure. Advisescustomerontheactionstobetakento overcomefailure. · Attends toproblems, complaints or related issues that arise among customers, cashiers andtechnicians. Ensuresit's timelyand appropriateresolution. Requirements MinimumQualification · HigherDiplomainAutomobile/MechanicalEngineering MinimumExperience&Knowledge&Skills · 5-7years'experienceofwhich2yearsinsupervisingvehiclerepair andinspection. · ProficiencyinEnglishandArabiclanguage · Workingknowledge of MSOffice · *Must havebeen driving the heavy vehicle
