People Safety & Health Manager

Qatar Airways Health and Safety department is seeking a qualified and experienced manager to be part of the "World Best Airlines' safety team. As People Safety and Health Manager, the primary focus will be on people safety, ensuring compliance with local regulatory authorities, QR OHS standards and international best practices to maintain safety of Qatar Airways staff, passengers and facilities. In this role you will be expected to:Manage a team of health and safety specialists.Manage the internal audit process including but not limited to planning, resource allocation, conducting audits, preparing audit reports identifying potential risks, recommending corrective actions within the scope of ISO certification.Conduct/lead incident investigations to determine root causes to prevent future occurrences.
