Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssisting the compliance team in all requirements across the GCC, including maintenance of dashboard reports and follow-ups with particular focus on Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.Assist in the implementation of Compliance tool in new regions and growing businesses of Landmark.Drafting and reviewing lease agreements.Staying up to date on various changes in the law that impact Landmark Group and advising on the same, with particular focus on laws related to Human Resources and Sustainability across the GCC.Ensuring repository of contracts and uploading the same on the CLM tool.Collaborating and coordinating with multiple business partners as part of cross-functional teams.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating miscellaneous contracts on behalf of the company.Managing multiple and diverse issues simultaneously while applying excellent legal and commercial judgment in a time-bound manner.Independently handling tasks.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Law1 to 3 years work experienceExperience in Compliance/Commercial Activities PreferredQuick learner with agile executionResearching SkillsDetail OrientedDesired Candidate ProfileA Senior Executive in a legal role is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of an organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing strategic legal guidance.
