Arcus Search are working with a fast-growing Financial Services who are looking for aHead of Emiratizationto lead and build a new business portfolio. This role involves creating and developing a dedicated business unit made up of Nationals, and driving the portfolio forward until it becomes a profitable and sustainable part of the company. Key requirements include:
Business Development:
Develop and lead a new business portfolio.
Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to grow the portfolio.
Drive profitability and long-term sustainability for the business unit.
Team Recruitment and Development:
Recruit and onboard talented Nationals to form a dedicated team.
Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring high performance and employee satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Act as a representative for the company in external engagements within the UAE's business community.
