The person:
- Extensive experience and understanding of the Serbian logistics market
- Demonstrable and solid background in hitting ambitious commercial goals
- Strong management skills and the ability to manage and grow a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent strategic commercial skills and the ability to develop and implement a complex commercial plan
- Previous experience of managing and developing a local market whilst maintaining links with a larger global footprint
- The ability to see long term potential and provide creative solutions to difficult problems
