Job details

Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to the Petrofac Horizon Zero initiative. ‘Live’ our Petrofac Code of Conduct. Exhibit the right standards of behavior and professionalism. Adhere to and comply with Petrofac Security policies for travel and technology. Adhere to and comply with the Petrofac BMS policies and procedures. Be prepared to act as a mentor to junior staff. Support the Business Development Team in the identification and pursuit of sales and marketing opportunities. Support the Business Development Team in the preparation and review of proposals/tenders in area of expertise. Have a detailed knowledge of, and deliver quality work in some areas of Reliability and Maintenance, including combinations of:

  1. Data definition standards for Maintenance Builds.
  2. Asset Register validation and hierarchy build.
  3. Criticality Assessment.
  4. Maintenance strategy development methods including RCM, FMEA, etc.
  5. Maintenance planning and scheduling.
  6. Maintenance program optimization.
  7. Equipment Reliability analysis, including RAM, RCA, etc.
  8. MAH, SCE identification and management, Performance Standard development.
  9. LOPA / IL assessment.
Be part of a team or manage small teams delivering technical projects in line with contract Scope of Work and budget. Act as technical lead of individual project CTRs in area of own expertise, with responsibility for delivery, quality, and resource, providing progress and risk reporting to the Project Manager. Identify new work/project extension opportunities when supporting project delivery. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of techniques, best practices, and statutory requirements appropriate to the business through appropriate means, i.e., review of periodicals, attendance at conferences/user groups, etc. Work closely with clients to understand their issues and offer innovative cost-effective solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
