Hiring Registered Nurses at Pegasus Home Healthcare UAECompany: Pegasus Home HealthcareLocation: United Arab EmiratesRequired Experience: Minimum 1 year of experienceJob DescriptionDesignation: Registered NurseIndustry Type: Medical/ Hospital/ HealthcareRequirements:Willing to work in Home Care / On-callCan perform the following skills without supervision:Tracheostomy careNG Tube insertion and feedingPeg tube insertion and feedingSuctioning of mucusFoley catheter insertion and removalIV cannulationMake an initial health evaluation and individualized plan of careAdminister medications and assist with pain managementClean and dress woundsDocument symptoms and vital signsMonitor patient health and update care plan accordinglyInstruct patients and their families on proper home careProvide suggestions to improve safety at homeDetect early symptoms that could lead to a hospital visitSupervise home health aidesCommunicate with physicians, social workers, or other health advisorsProvide encouragement and supportDesired Candidate ProfileQualification: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
