We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Advertising Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads.Responsibilities:Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.Create compelling ad copies, landing pages, and visual assets to maximize click-through rates and conversions.Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary optimizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to key stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.Proven work experience as a Paid Advertising Executive or a similar role.In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.A strong understanding of the latest industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
