A boutique consulting firm is seeking dynamic Senior Managers to expand their teams in multiple practices in the region. As a key member of the team, you will lead high-impact projects across a diverse range of major clients.You will have the opportunity to work on significant projects, particularly with clients based in the Middle East.Responsibilities:Deliver both formal and informal presentations to internal and external stakeholders.Create clear, persuasive, and concise written materials.Plan and manage the delivery of high-quality work by leading teams in a strategic consulting environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.Oversee quantitative analysis, determining the depth needed for each project, translating findings into actionable insights, and ensuring the quality of results.Build and maintain productive relationships with clients at all levels.Expect around 75% travel to client locations across the GCC.Ideal Candidate Profile/Qualifications:Strategy experience at the Sr. Manager level with a top-tier consulting firm.Consulting experience with high-profile clients is essential.Previous projects with Middle Eastern clients are a significant advantage.Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.Education:MBA or Master's degree from a prestigious institution with a strong academic record.Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.Professional Skills & Attributes:Client service orientation with strong commercial acumen.Proven ability to interact with and manage senior stakeholders.Skill in synthesizing the impact of policy and translating it into business implications.Demonstrated success in project and team leadership.Ability to drive results through effective client presentations.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in written and spoken English.Experience in diverse cultural settings and working with multi-cultural teams is a strong plus.
