OverviewOur client is a newly set-up crypto exchange business. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to lead the human resources department and drive international team expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.What You Will DoDevelop and execute HR strategies to support the company's growth and international expansionLead talent acquisition efforts, focusing on building diverse and high-performing teams across multiple countriesDesign and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growthManage performance evaluation processes and compensation strategiesEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictionsFoster a positive company culture that embraces innovation and diversityOversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain a healthy work environmentCollaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectivesManage the HR budget and report on key HR metricsWhat You Will NeedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleFluency in English and Mandarin is a mustExperience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry is a plusExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in HR management software and data analysis tools
