A leading bespoke Learning & Development company is looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager. Our award-winning solutions are catered to our clients' requirements which then gives them the ability to provide perfectly-suited e-learning to their employees. The company's clients are spread across the UAE and regionally and includes the likes of Nissan, BinSina, Burger Fuel, La Martina, Holland & Barrett, NBAD, Majid Al-Futtaim, Amlak, and many more.As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building the company's base of National and regional clients. You are able to work on your own initiative developing leads, nurturing client relationships and have the ability to work collaboratively to develop solutions that address client's specific needs. Contacting customers and developing leads you will then write proposals and tender documents to present before successfully closing the new business deals, working to meet sales targets and building on the relationship with the client to develop repeat business will be part of your responsibilities.The successful candidate for this role will have:A background in consultative sales of solutions.Connections and knowledge of various industries and their e-learning requirements.Strong track record of achieving sales targets.Experience writing proposal and tender documents.Gravitas when facing clients and the ability to build and nurture relationships.For the right candidate, we are offering the chance to join an innovative company leading their field. On offer is a monthly salary of AED 5,000 base, plus uncapped commission. The role is Dubai based with occasional travel in the region. Only UAE based applicants.
