Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of attracting top talent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline for key roles, ensuring a continuous flow of talent for critical positions.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
  • Use behavioral and situational interview techniques to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for each role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job needs and provide insights into the market and candidate pool.
Interview Coordination & Communication:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments, tests, or any other selection tools as required by the role.
  • Gather and share feedback with hiring managers and candidates promptly.
Offer Management & Onboarding Support:
  • Support in the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letter generation, and pre-employment checks.
  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Recruitment Reporting & Process Improvement:
  • Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Identify and implement recruitment best practices and strategies to streamline and improve the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the recruitment landscape to keep hiring practices competitive.
Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, such as Naukrigulf, Naukri India, LinkedIn Recruiter, other job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently under ambiguous situations and ability to handle a large volume of recruitment under pressure.
