Job Title: Visual Merchandiser Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description: A Visual Merchandiser is a professional who creates and maintains store displays to make products visually appealing to consumers. They also keep an eye on current trends to keep things relevant to shoppers.
Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
Identify key messages and set a clear image of the result.
Come up with, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers.
Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market.
Monitor costs and work within budget.
Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays.
Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
Liaise with suppliers and source elements.
Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager.
Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
Interactive floor plans and 3D visualizations (preferred).
Knowledge of space management computer applications (preferred).

<p>My Client is a large international Service company who are expanding and searching an Interpretation Geophysicist to be based in Dubai for a 12 month renewable project.</p>

<p>&nbsp; </p>

<p>The Geophysicist must have&nbsp; 20+ years experience in Oil and gas industry. The Geophysicist must be inexperienced in:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Seismic Horizon and Fault Interpretation, Time to Depth Conversion</li>
	<li>Load, export, import and manage all seismic and well data (different types of seismic data, horizons, fault sticks & fault polygons, logs, time depth tables, directional surveys & formation tops).</li>
	<li>QC the integration between the petrophysical, and geological interpretations with the seismic data responses and review with the team members the necessary actions when there is an inconsistency.</li>
	<li>Creating and calibrating Synthetic seismograms using well logs and velocity data.</li>
	<li>Initiating the check-shot & VSP (zero-offset and walk-away) programs to model structural & stratigraphic Features.</li>
	<li>Interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic data; well data seismic correlation.</li>
	<li>Conduct horizon interpretation and produce depth structural map.</li>
	<li>Understands the pitfalls and limitations in seismic interpretation.</li>
	<li>Use of seismic attributes DHIs, QI, and basic AVO in geological interpretation.</li>
	<li>Good understanding and ability to use seismic interpretation software.</li>
	<li>Generate different types of velocity maps using well or seismic velocities for Depth Conversion.</li>
	<li>Building and QC 3D velocity models as cubes using the integration between the well data, interpreted grids, stacking velocities and time depth functions using Depth team Express Landmark module.</li>
	<li>Constructing various G&G maps and illustrations.</li>

<p >The Mechanic position performs all tasks and duties of a mechanical discipline including but not limited to, installing and maintaining engines, hydraulic motors, pumps, compressors, and miscellaneous mechanical devices. The position is responsible for all mechanical Platform equipment The position is also responsible for uploading maintenance and repair data into a Maintenance Management System (MMS).</p>

	<li >Provide visible leadership with a Total Ownership attitude. Owns safety standards.</li>
	<li >Enforce, clarify, and follow Company policies, standards, and procedures.</li>
	<li >Support the HSE objective of no injuries, accidents or harm to the environment as it relates to all mechanical processes, procedures, and policies.</li>
	<li >Promote operational excellence through procedural discipline.</li>
	<li >Delegate work effectively with a clear definition of requirements and expectations.</li>
	<li >Supervise and ensure the safety of those working under direct supervision.</li>
	<li >Comply with platform emergency response plan or station bills during emergencies and/ or drills.</li>
	<li >The Mechanic will also support the timely execution of Parkers Operations Readiness and Assurance activities during the Pre-operations phase in the shipyard.</li>
	<li >Responsible for morale and order within crew.</li>
	<li >Ensure Parker Drilling's Competency program - Authorized to Operate (ATO) and Approved Competent Operator (ACO) are applied and followed.</li>
	<li >Ensure Client competency compliance is applied and followed.</li>
	<li >Understand LO/TO and Permit to Work procedures.</li>
	<li >Maintain and repair mechanical equipment and devices.</li>
	<li >Repair or replace defective or worn parts.</li>
	<li >Lubricate and service mechanical equipment as specified on lubrication schedule.</li>
	<li >Perform inspections of mechanical equipment as required.</li>
	<li >Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.</li>
	<li >Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all mechanical equipment.</li>
	<li >Adjust or regulate functional parts of machinery, devices, and control instruments.</li>
	<li >Troubleshoot and analyze mechanical malfunctions and failures.</li>
	<li >Read and analyze mechanical drawings, P&ID's (Process & Instrumentation Drawings), schematics and equipment operating and Maintenance Manuals.</li>
	<li >Enter maintenance and repair data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li>
	<li >Create Job requests and work orders as required and enter into maintenance tracking system.</li>
	<li >Coordinate with Rig Superintendent/Maintenance Lead on the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of equipment.</li>
	<li >Foresee potential equipment malfunctions or failures and performs required repairs, adjustments or modification to resolve the problem.</li>
	<li >Respond to emergencies as requested and coordinate onsite activities to utilize resources to facilitate repairs in the most expedient and cost effective manner.</li>
	<li >Ensure an adequate amount of spare parts are on hand at all times.</li>
	<li >Submit requisitions to Rig Manager/Purchasing Manager for approval.</li>
	<li >Maintain records of all mechanical inventories and place orders as required within budgetary limits.</li>
	<li >Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder and other metalworking tools to facilitate any necessary repairs.</li>
	<li >Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as may be directed.</li>
