As experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-makingprocess throughout the project.Founded in 1987 with more than 35+ years of experience.Job DescriptionOversee and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation.Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, providing guidance and support.Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in interior design to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing solutions.Ensure that design concepts align with the unique requirements of shopping center projects in the GCC.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations.Present design proposals and engage in client discussions and feedback sessions.Extensive experience in selecting and specifying interior finishes, materials, and furnishings.Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in interior design.Stay abreast of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Ensure all interior design projects comply with relevant guidelines and regulations.Manage project budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective solutions.Optimize the utilization of resources and materials.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.15-20 years of proven experience in interior design, with a focus on shopping center projects in the GCC.Strong leadership and project management skills.Proficient in relevant design software and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationCandidates must be locally available in the UAE.Should be able to join immediately upon selection.
