JOB OBJECTIVE: We seek someone enthusiastic and ambitious to join our Pre-Sales team to work with our CPL Data Protection portfolio. In this position, you'll work closely with the sales team to respond to partner and customer needs for our solutions. The job is half about the soft skills and half about the technical skills, so you'll need to have both. Data security with encryption and cryptography technology underpin everything we do, so the more you understand that the better. Any experience in Hardware Security Modules, Network Encryption, Cloud Security, DevOps security and Key Management Solutions is a significant benefit. We're happy to help you familiarize yourself with our products and provide you with all the knowledge and training you need for your day-to-day work.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll first work closely with our prospects to gather information on their use cases, application environment, and data flows to fully understand their needs. Once the customer's environments and requirements are discovered, you will be actively involved in the sales engagements, helping with the solution demo and proof of concept phase whenever required. We often need assistance and advice on configuration or customization to meet the prospects' needs with our very flexible solutions, so you'll need to be hands-on. We interface with hundreds of third-party applications and solutions, and you will undoubtedly encounter many applications, integrations, features, and APIs that need to be familiarized. This position is both exciting and challenging. The role suits someone keen to learn and interested in technology; the ability and desire to 'learn something new' will help. The position is based in Riyadh, KSA. It would be best if you were mobile as we have customers across the focused KSA and Middle East territory. We expect you'd travel approximately 20% of the time in the Middle East; however, most of the work will be in KSA therefore, it will be visiting customers locally. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:- 8+ years' experience in a customer-facing pre-sales capacity in Information Security or a related field and skilled in presenting to both management (C-level) and technical personnel (developers, IT teams, etc.) with excellent verbal and objection-handling skills
- Experience with crypto, data protection and cloud security solutions
- Experience with public and private cloud services, ideally across multiple CSPs (Azure, Google, AWS, Oracle, etc.)
- Technical bachelor's degree (Comp Science/Engineering IS, Maths or similar) or equivalent work experience.

- Experience in Cryptography & Security; PKI, digital signatures, certificates, TLS, encryption and hashing techniques, ideally working knowledge of APIs such as PKCS #11, REST, Microsoft CSP/CNG, OpenSSL, Java JCA/JCE
- Experience with data discovery and classification solutions regarding databases, file servers, network shares, and big data.
- Experience with data encryption and crypto key life cycle management regarding data at rest environments like databases, file servers, storage, hybrid cloud environments, and big data.
- Experience with Data-in-motion network encryption and security solutions when it comes to WAN, Cloud and SDN networks
- Experience in the DevOps platform and Security regarding managing the secrets management and data protection policies.
- Experience with scripting and software development on both Windows and Linux systems
- Experience with virtualisation products and cloud service provider offerings such as VMWare, HyperV, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP, Oracle Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
