About Us: SRS is committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for our diverse student body. We are seeking a dedicated Female Social Welfare Officer with a strong religious background to support our students and families, promoting their well-being and academic success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and support services to students and their families.
- Assess individual needs and develop comprehensive welfare plans.
- Organize workshops and programs that align with both social welfare and religious values.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and local organizations to enhance student support services.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of student interactions and services provided.
- Advocate for students’ needs within the school and broader community.
- Strong Islamic background and commitment to social service within an educational context.
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical Psychology (preferred) or a related field in Psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff.
- Previous experience in a school setting or social welfare role is an advantage.
