Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and cooking a variety of International & continental dishes.
  2. Ensuring all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner.
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  4. Monitoring food quality and ensuring high standards are met.
  5. Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  6. Collaborating with the team to develop new menu items and specials.
  7. Following all safety and sanitation procedures.
  8. Staying updated on current food trends and incorporating them into menu offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Qualifications: Proven experience as continental cook.
  3. Certifications: Food handling and safety certifications preferred.
  4. Years of Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  5. Nationality Preference: Jordanian is a must.
  6. Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic, with basic English communication skills.
  7. Technical and Hard Skills: Proficient in various cooking techniques and familiar with traditional Arabic ingredients.
  8. Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  9. Personal Qualities and Physical Abilities: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina.
