Job Summary: You will be responsible for coordinating for PO & Stock delivery end to end (Vendor - DC - Store) to ensure timely delivery and maintaining good relationships with suppliers. Job Description:

  1. Handling purchase orders, sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  2. Monitoring stock levels, managing reorder points, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
  3. Logistics Coordination: Arranging transportation and tracking shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  4. Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and resolve any issues.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments using supply chain management software.
  6. Generating reports on supply chain metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, delivery times, and inventory levels.
  7. Addressing and resolving supply chain issues, such as delays, shortages, and quality problems.
  8. Working closely with other departments, such as purchasing, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with company goals.
  9. Coordinating with assigned shipping agent on shipment collection and movements.
  10. Creating IBD (inbound delivery) with carton ID in SAP.
  11. Uploading invoices in SAP against IBD.
  12. Managing excess shortage claims from principle/vendor.
  13. Coordinating RTV (return to vendor) process whenever required.
  14. Managing product destruction locally upon request from Principle.
  15. Evolving and elevating existing tools to streamline supply chain processes.
