A distributor of cutting-edge aesthetic medical devices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Their mission is to provide innovative and effective solutions to healthcare providers, ensuring top-quality service and support.Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market penetration and growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of products.Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.Optimize supply chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products.Implement best practices in logistics, warehousing, and distribution.Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry.Strong understanding of sales, purchasing, and supply chain management.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software.
