A fantastic positions has become available to work for a global brand, based in Dubai, as an HR Business Partner.Main Purpose:Work with line managers to deliver implementation of business strategy through effective people strategies. Deliver agreed levels of HR services in line with EMEA and Country/Company HR processes and in line with Bus & Functions target & objectives.Duties:1. Understand the business objectives and requirements of the assigned BU(s)/Function(s) and develop and agree annual HR Business Plans withappropriate business leaders. Deliver against these plans.2. Provide agreed levels of HR service to the organization, e.g. recruitment, development, training, compensation & benefits, performance management, change management plans, talent management.3. Work with HR Manager to develop local HR initiatives that support the Regional and Pan-European strategies and policies4. Work with HR Manager and Line Managers to lead and manage changes in business operations and the corporate culture5. Lead local projects and participate in pan-European HR teams and projects6. Active participation in budget process from headcount to labour cost in the relevant budgets7. Support line managers in the implementation of core models. Work with BU/Functional heads to develop manpower plans for the short, medium and longterm perspectives8. Responsible for monthly payroll calculations in close cooperation with finance and staying within department costs.9.
