Job Title: Products Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities that lead to the growth of the product through innovation while still maintaining fundamental business goals/priorities.

Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions based on highly analytical problem solving skills.

Lead and manage digital projects from start to finish with sound planning and persistent execution by aligning resources, seeking the input of key constituents, and managing the expectations and desires of others to achieve desirable results.

Work closely with engineering, design, R&D, QA, and other departments to deliver the business's product to users.

Manage relationships with stakeholders and product owners, and manage their expectations.

Maintain an identity of success by consistently over-delivering client's requirements.

Perform market research to benchmark current products and propose new products.

Prepare reports and presentations for management to highlight business progress and opportunities.

Gather and document functional, business, and technical requirements using individual and group meetings.

Research and analyze detailed requirements and gaps, and translate them into proposed system enhancements.

Develop product implementation and activation plans, and see to their execution.

Execute tasks, as assigned, per engagement plans and implementation methodology.

Identify and communicate risks to product managers and other delivery team members.

Assist the QA teams in creating UAT test cases and prepare and execute UAT sessions with clients.

Document and manage change requests with clients during the execution phase.

Lead training and product activation sessions.

Complete system documentation, research system requirements, and participate in system testing and verification for implementation.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in IT related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in managing digital products.

Experience in managing R&D, AI, and data-intensive software products.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

High level of analytical and quantitative skills.

User satisfaction centric with values based on consistency, integrity, and innovation.

Ability to integrate research and best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement.

Fluent in English.
