Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead the landscape architecture discipline in Abu Dhabi, providing vision, strategic direction, and thought leadership to enhance the company's reputation in the Middle East market. Project Management: Oversee the design and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Design Excellence: Champion design innovation and sustainability in all projects, pushing the boundaries of landscape architecture to create iconic and culturally responsive spaces. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, acting as the primary point of contact for landscape architecture projects. Team Development: Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of landscape architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages professional growth and development. Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in presentations to secure new projects. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with the company's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in landscape architecture. Collaboration: Work closely with other disciplines within Atkins Realis, including architecture, urban planning, engineering, and environmental specialists, to deliver integrated and holistic design solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in landscape architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the Middle East or a similar region. Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-profile landscape architecture projects.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and technical expertise.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS.
- Knowledge of local regulations, cultural nuances, and environmental conditions in the Middle East.
