Job details
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations. Assist with restocking and replenishing supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for customers. Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and special offers to effectively communicate with customers. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed, including cash handling and reconciling sales.
