We are currently seeking a dedicated Ophthalmologist Specialist/ Consultant to join our team. As an Ophthalmologist Specialist/ Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional eye care to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a variety of eye diseases and disorders, conducting comprehensive eye examinations, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care. We are looking for an individual with excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality eye care.Requirements - Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Ophthalmologist Specialist/ Consultant - Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various eye diseases and disorders - Solid understanding of ophthalmology principles, practices, and treatment options - Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests such as visual field tests and optical coherence tomography (OCT) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities - Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on advancements in the field of ophthalmologyBenefits Based on qualifications and experience a highly competitive salary will be offered All inclusive tax free package (ie includes accommodation allowance within monthly salary) Incentives Public holidays Paid annual leave Annual air tickets Health insurance
