Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will support various HR functions, primarily focusing on recruitment and employee management. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Collaborate with various agencies to hire laborers as needed.

Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and administrative tasks.

Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.

Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and maintaining compliance with HR practices.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
