Job Description We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Director as part of our dynamic team in Dubai. How you will contribute Main Assignments
- Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target.
- Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy.
- Mentor, motivate, and retain the staff in store, building teamwork.
- Support staff optimization vs business needs.
- Monitor the efficiency of the clienteling tools.
- Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services.
- Contribute to build effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers.
- Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards.
- Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation.
- Proven experience of about 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams.
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
- Strong communication skills and team player mentality.
- A strong understanding of fashion, art, and luxury.
- Embraces the Brand and self-expression, being mindful of brand aesthetic and vision.
