Legal Advisor - Experience Saudi Lawyer - In houseOne of Saudi Arabia's Largest Financial Entities / BanksBetween 5 to 8 years professional experienceLeap29 has been given an assignment to seek an experienced Saudi Banking Lawyer for a position in Riyadh. The role is within the legal department of one of the largest commercial banks in the KSA.Banking Lawyers will have been educated in Saudi Arabia and will be required to have further education from a recognized university. Ideally, this will have come from the US or the UK, but Saudi LLM holders will also be considered.This is a mid-level position, and ideally, all Banking Lawyers will have had several years' exposure to high-profile banking matters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Candidates will have between 5 to 8 years of professional experience within the banking & finance field.Position Requirements:Develop a thorough and current understanding of international and local lawProvide legal input and advice for all operations, transactions, and agreements in their specified field of operation/locationsEnsure the legal documentation is in place to support all transactionsDevelop close collaborative ties with international firms to ensure the transfer of state-of-the-art technology and best legal practices to the businessLiaise with external legal counsel and advisors as requiredProvide management information to the Head of Legal on a periodic and ad hoc basisThe salary for such a position ranges from $85,000 to $120,000.To apply, please send all C.V.s to the below link.
