Responsibilities:Establish an annual budget marketing plan and action plans with measurable objectives to achieve revenue and profit goals outlined in the annual business plan.Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts, and quotes for the hotel as per La Maison Policies and Procedures.Understand contribution margins of each product and work with respective heads of departments to maximize operating results.Set individual sales goals by segments and by managers and executives; track and review productivity on a monthly and quarterly basis.Direct and coordinate sales teams' activities to secure new and repeat business, achieving and exceeding budget.Track, measure, and analyze the productivity of the S&M team to achieve and exceed goals.Maintain a perpetual analysis of key accounts in the Dubai city market and group movements in the region, and have thorough knowledge of the comp set activities in terms of sales and action plans.Obtain and maintain awareness of community business, political, and social factors that may affect the hotel's financial objectives.Ensure that room and banquet space inventories are reviewed bi-monthly and strategies are formulated to fill low occupancy periods.Ensure that utilization of various technology and software is maximized and that clean data are maintained at all times.Maintain a perpetual analysis of competitors' marketing and communication activities in the Dubai market, with thorough knowledge of competitive marketing business strategies.Guide the Marketing team to develop and execute social media content and engagement strategy supporting hotel marketing campaigns.Direct the team on Communications & Revenue in Digital Marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM strategy, Paid Social Media campaigns, and Pay per Click.Qualifications:Minimum of five years experience in a similar role in the luxury hotel industry.High degree of commercial awareness and hotel management.Strong knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession.Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.Strong media presentation and computer skills.Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages will be a plus.Outgoing and extroverted with a high level of communication skills.Strong influencing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.Business planning skills and budget management skills.Strong statistical analysis and business case development skills.Remote Work: NoEmployment Type: Full-time
