Job details

Responsibilities:Calendar and meetings management (scheduling, sending reminders, organizing logistics, and catering).Serve as a focal contact person for the Intercontinental region.Produce correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, e-mails, and external mailings.Coordinate travel arrangements and relocation/emigration formalities (when required).Process expense reports and reimbursement claims.Manage all preparation aspects of events, conferences, and team meetings.Support purchasing processes: negotiating with suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing POs.Coordinate tasks with facilities management and the IT team upon request.Handle highly confidential and sensitive information.Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum of eight years of EA experience, primarily in an international corporate environment.Advanced user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint applications, as well as internet and web applications.Basic Excel skills to create charts, diagrams, and tables of data.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Project and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Well-organized with a sense of urgency.Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to effectively interact with senior management and high-profile clients.
