Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all services provided at and to all service locations in the group of practices (8+ locations, 40+ Providers). Accountable for the development, execution, administration, and evaluation of efficient and effective clinic operations to support GFP's purpose, values, and strategic initiatives. In conjunction with the senior leadership, develops tactics to implement the long-term strategic plan, including strategies for the operational execution to deliver high-value patient care for shared-value and managed care reimbursement models across the integrated delivery system.
