Hand on Fronius GTAW Machine, able to set Macro program to perform Auto cladding process on different feature profiles such as Seat Pocket, Ring Groove, Figure 8 Profile, ID/OD groove, small bore diameter, cavity base, etc.To perform pre-weld cleaning of parts, clean parts, and remove Antirust. Moving, lifting, flipping parts, and setting up parts for welding in multiple locations and directions. Follow all safety guidelines and comply with TechnipFMC HSE requirements to perform lifting, cleaning, heating, and welding operations.Understands procedures, work orders, drawings, set-up sheets, and part reports, and follows work instructions to plan the job layout with as few set-ups as possible. Sets up the machine as required using prescribed details and operating procedures. Inputs labor details into the MES System.
