Job Title: Brand Activation ManagerLocation: RiyadhJob Description An opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing categories in skincare.The Brand Manager will play a key role in the delivery of the annual brand plan supporting the full year media plan whilst bringing to life the social, influencer, and PR strategy and execution with agency partners. A great opportunity for a forward-thinking, dynamic marketeer who is looking to propel their career within the skincare industry.This role will work closely with the wider brand team, commercial team, global team, and agency partners to support driving market performance for the region.Key Responsibilities In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, lead and implement high-profile communication plans to drive revenue and market out-performance.Work closely with the Marketing Manager to define brand strategy aligned with the global strategic vision and support the implementation of the marketing plans for the region.Own the consumer sampling program including forecasting & budgeting, tracking, proposals, activations & execution to drive brand trial.Track brand and project performance through data analysis, converting KPI's and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business.Work closely with cross-functional/departmental teams to create and execute IDS initiatives that support the brand objectives, including the development of targeted materials, salesforce assets, HCP events & HCP reactive sampling.In collaboration with Digital Marketing, digital agency & Brand Activation Manager, assist in execution of on and offline retailer marketing campaigns for trade and brand.Champion the brand internally, ensuring all departments understand the brand and its goals.Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Regulatory guidelines.Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing or Science. MBA is an asset.Minimum of 5 years Marketing experience from the pharmaceutical industry in GCC (and/or FMCG for Cx roles) with strong digital experience.KSA marketing experience preferred. Also, sales experience in the relevant industry.Proven experience in working closely with execution teams in the field.Strong understanding of the medical & regulatory environment is required.Understanding of the ME Healthcare system is a requirement.English (Written & Spoken), Arabic preferred.
