Responsibilities:Responsible for the banquet operation office, allocating tasks, orientation, and coordinating activities in the area.Keeps proper administration for all correspondence concerning Banquet Operation.Works with Banquet and Conference Sales to coordinate menus for food and beverage services for banquets.Ensures proper arrangement for equipment, such as projectors and computers, or office supplies, such as paper and pens.Transmits necessary information and coordinates event planning with production, service and housekeeping, and all departments involved.Arranges for printing of menus, procuring of decorations, entertainment and other special requests.
