Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.As a EMEA Real Estate Project Manager, you will support all projects and related activities for Eaton's owned and leased real estate portfolio in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. You will support the company's real estate projects, including but not limited to construction, relocation, and site closure across the EMEA region. You will be working with our internal business partners and functional stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain Management as well as our external suppliers and landlords to facilitate communication, alignment, and drive successful project execution. You will be critical to optimizing managing Eaton's EMEA real estate footprint to new heights while developing your career.What you'll do:PROLaunch Project Management:o Ensure GRE's projects are successfully executed on time and on budget, consistent with EBS and company compliance, governance, and capital expenditure policieso Recognize value engineering opportunities and coordinate without losing sight of the bigger picture.o Actively track each aspect of project performance against schedules, budgets, quality of the solutions and client satisfaction.Project Presentations:o Prepare presentation and related materials relating to project scope, timeline, key milestone, risk assessments for stakeholder discussionso Prepare and report out regular key project activity matrix and milestone updates to ensure timely stakeholder communicationsConstruction & Project Supports:o Assist Global Real Estate Manager, EMEA with all aspects of real estate construction projects for all Europe, the Middle East and African locationso Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s).o Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome.
