Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe job holder will be responsible for providing excellent customer service standards and ensuring customers' inquiries are efficiently fulfilled.Key Responsibilities:Support section head in achieving the assigned liability targets and align efforts with the company's overall objectives, strategies, and policies.Assist the team in daily operations by providing guidance, troubleshooting challenges, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Support the manager in executing departmental strategies and assist in developing detailed reports, presentations, and data analysis to track performance.Responsible for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Address issues calmly and professionally to ensure swift resolution, escalating complex issues when necessary.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring the tracking system is updated and readily accessible for review.Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow processes across teams.Recommend improvements to optimize departmental operations.Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.Support the legal department with required information for legal issues and court cases to ensure timely and accurate legal processing.Candidate Qualifications, Experiences & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Min 2-4 years of experience in liabilities management, customer service, or a related field within the financial/commercial sector.Well-versed in CRM systems, financial tracking tools, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and suggest solutions for improving operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to customers and colleagues.Strong skills in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professionalism under pressure.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of accuracy in tracking reports, maintaining records, and drafting documentation for management approval.Desired Candidate ProfileFinancial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles, particularly related to liabilities, debt management, and financial risk.Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with liabilities, including interest rate risk and credit risk.Strategic Planning: Skills in developing and implementing strategies to manage and optimize liabilities in alignment with organizational goals.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements affecting liabilities, such as banking and financial regulations.Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing financial data and metrics to inform decision-making and assess the performance of liabilities.Debt Structuring: Expertise in structuring debt instruments, including bonds, loans, and credit facilities, to achieve favorable terms and conditions.Cash Flow Management: Understanding of cash flow dynamics and the impact of liabilities on liquidity and operational funding.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders and negotiate with creditors.Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide teams in managing liabilities effectively and fostering a culture of financial prudence.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges and develop innovative solutions.Project Management: Skills in managing projects related to liabilities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
