We are hiring a Fresh Event Planner to join our prestigious hotel in Dubai. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about organizing events and providing top-notch hospitality experiences.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and coordinating hotel events (weddings, conferences, corporate meetings, etc.)Work closely with clients to understand event specifications and provide customized solutionsCollaborate with various hotel departments (catering, housekeeping, AV, etc.) to ensure seamless event executionCoordinate with external vendors and suppliers for event needsManage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothlyProvide on-site support during events and ensure client satisfactionHelp in post-event reporting and feedback collectionRequirements:Fresh graduate with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and problem-solving abilitiesPassionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiencesAbility to handle pressure and multitask effectivelyWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when neededCompetitive salary and employee benefits.Opportunity to work with a renowned hotel brand.Career growth and training opportunities.Collaborative and welcoming work environment.Start your career in event planning with us and be part of an exciting journey in the hospitality industry!Email: hr.jeshna@gmail.comContact No: 0554634513
