Its unique location allows us to rapidly meet our clients' needs across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Domestically, we operate a pipeline network spanning 1,600 kilometres to ensure that local customers are supplied on demand.About the JobUndertake the activities of financial and accounting systems, including the preparation of the AR sites budget, budget performance reports, and undertaking monthly/yearly financial closing activities.Key AccountabilitiesCollect Departments/sections budgetary requirements for the submission of operating and capital budget drafts, schedule and ensure the drafts are as per guidelines of Finance Division.Prepare the operating and capital budget phasing for all sites Departments/Sections. Allocate Cost Centre for site budget requirements.Prepare monthly cost variance reports.Prepare recharge reconciliation statement for RAS, RSI, PTOD & others ensuring accuracy, compliance with the relevant agreements/contracts & financial principle provisions with OPCO's/Third party customers and addressing the customers' queries.Prepare year-end and month-end accruals and coordinate with all divisions and departments for year-end closing activities.Liaise with the concerned department annually for the list of mothballed assets and report to FD-HQ.Prepare capitalization and expense forms for the completed and canceled projects.Prepare Assets Write-offs & Assets Write-back and disposal requests submitted by sites end-user departments.Ensure availability of petty cash including liaising with the Treasury Department as required.Minimum RequirementsBachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance.At least 6 years of experience in accounting work, preferably in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry.Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting.
