The Position As a Demand and Supply Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will facilitate demand & supply planning activities to ensure product availability and better customer service in Novo Nordisk Saudi Arabia. Other responsibilities will include:

  1. Assist with S&OP and S&OE processes by collaborating with key functions.
  2. Help develop and calculate the annual product forecast in line with the AB, in-market sales, and affiliate goals.
  3. Support the affiliate planning team in converting in-market demand into an accurate and timely supply plan.
  4. Assist in communicating and analysing the performance of the Monthly Demand Review process with the IO demand & supply planning team.
  5. Ensure the monthly supply plan is updated in the supply planning tool and monitor demand and supply KPIs for accurate execution.
Qualifications On a personal level, you should demonstrate high performance in managing stakeholders effectively. Understanding of the business and industry is essential, with a strong ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies. The person needs to be flexible, dynamic, and open to changes and learning in order to adapt to evolving business needs. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:
  1. B.Sc. degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  2. From 1-3 years experience in the demand and supply field, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Fluent in oral and written English and Arabic.
  4. Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Project).
About the Department The Supply chain function is a dynamic and expanding function in Novo Nordisk Saudi Arabia with the increased scope of business. Our key focus area includes but is not limited to Demand/supply fulfilment activities, procurement of pharmaceutical products, Logistics & customer service, and we have a local contract manufacturing the third party performing secondary packaging of some of our products. We play an active role in the planning & execution of affiliate anchor budget, and we support other functions to ensure product availability in Saudi.
