Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Production Engineer to be an integral part of our team. We can meet you at any skill level, whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience under your belt. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Manage multiple projects.
Thorough understanding of client project scope and specifications.
Provide a team of drafters, checks and others with all information necessary to process pipe spool fabrication drawings for multiple fabrication facilities.
Communicate and resolve with client any issues pertaining to questions/conflicts regarding scope, specifications, and client drawings.
Familiar with and utilize department standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Supervising manufacturing process to ensure quality work in a safe & efficient manner.
Collaborating with other engineers to develop plans of production improvement.
Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
Establishing safety procedures that prioritize workers' well-being and minimize the carbon footprint.
Analyzing all facts of production and making improvement recommendations.
Obtaining necessary materials and equipment.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: More than 5 Years of Experience in Oil & GAS.
Fabrication industry experience preferred.
Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word. JD Eda is preferred.
Certification/Licenses: None specifically required.
Other Requirements: Familiarity with codes and standards of ASTM, ASME, and PFI. Familiarity with various metallurgies. Understanding of non-destructive examination methods, heat treatments, paint, and welding procedures.
