As nybl's Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, you will oversee the planning, executing, and optimizing traditional and digital marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics and a strong analytical mindset. This role also requires experience in creative content innovation, event management, and budgeting.The successful candidate will be crucial in driving commercial growth and building value for the company through strategic marketing efforts, establishing our brand presence, and advancing nybl's growing ambitions in the tech industry.Responsibilities:In this position, the successful candidate will lead a team of marketing professionals distributed across multiple locations and must ensure that the marketing strategies and annual targets are delivered. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.Leverage industry knowledge to effectively position nybl in the EMEA and Global market.Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to implement the defined marketing and communications plan that enhances market profile, client engagement, and revenue growth.Foster connections across nybl's departments and stakeholders, promote open lines of communication, and ensure the teams deliver on business objectives and brand consistency.Build and manage strategic relationships with external parties, including media, marketing agencies, and social media platforms.Cultivate marketing partnerships and vendor relationships to enhance execution capabilities.Lead the roll out of select global and sub-regional priorities related to thought leadership, digital presence, marketing campaigns, event planning, public relations, strategic alliances, and community outreach.Stay abreast of best practice marketing approaches and competitor campaigns, bringing informed insights to how we enhance our activation efforts.Oversee the maintenance of standardized reporting on how we are meeting targets and KPIs, and offer actionable insights for decision-making.Be responsible for thoughtful budget allocation and investments.Overlook event success at major B2B events in the region and globally, with a key focus on ROI.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.10+ years of progressive experience in leading and executing multi-channel marketing.Proven experience in digital marketing, events marketing, and campaign management.Highly proficient in B2B copywriting, product marketing, social media management, event management, design, and UX/UI.Expert interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Demonstrated team management and the ability to inspire a team of talented marketers.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders.Full proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (such as, but not limited to, Hubspot Marketing, Google Analytics, AdWords, LinkedIn ads, Facebook Business Manager).Successful experience and company presence with major regional events (e.g., GITEX).Ability to think both analytically and creatively.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage.Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities without compromising accuracy or efficiency.Innovative mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and quickly adapt to new strategies and tactics.Attention to detail and sound judgment.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.An audience-oriented approach, a proactive, can-do attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.Expertise in an IT industry or relevant experience in nybl's industry holds an added advantage.Candidates with recent marketing certifications who show a strong passion for continuous learning hold an added advantage.
