Job details
Responsibilities:
- Perform general functions of cashier: Receiving payments after ensuring that all prices and quantities are correct, providing receipts to concerned customers, processing refunds and exchanges, etc.
- Address and resolve complaints from customers and team members.
- Maintain proper recording/data entry into existing systems.
- Generate and share necessary reports.
- Maintain proper communication with all required individuals, departments, teams, and companies.
- Contribute to ensuring a healthy workplace environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Working experience in UAE preferred.
- Nationality: Any.
- Language: English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- High energy level with strong customer service skills.
- Helpful and courteous approach to resolving complaints.
