We are a global algo trading company fully dedicated to technology. Our brilliant team comprises 100+ individuals scattered across the globe. Seventy percent of our team members are technical specialists, encompassing development, infrastructure, testing, and analytics, while the rest comprise business units, including operations, legal, finance, etc.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Develop and execute trading strategies that involve identifying and capitalizing on market inefficiencies through algorithmic strategies, including MFT and HFT approaches;Continuously monitor and optimize trading performance by implementing real-time adjustments to algorithm configurations based on the strategy, including delta 1 and options; Control and report risk, PnL, and other metrics;Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations of the trading business;Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, counterparties, and market participants;Provide regular updates on trading performance and market conditions to senior management;Organize necessary local support for operations.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:Proven track record of success in the Chinese / Indian trading markets (5+ years);Work experience in a financial institution with an active trading presence in China / India;Experience working with Delta1 products & derivatives;Having a confirmed professional network;A good reputation in the market and readiness to provide reference;Understanding of market structure, regulations, and current opportunities.
